What we like about Floral Bookmarks Layered Template is how little it tries to be everything — it does 3d bookmark, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Ephemera and Cut-Outs shelf. Our own plan for it is 3d layered, because that is where this kind of printable does the least arguing with you. Check the resolution against the size you will print. Ephemera is often supplied small, and it shows once it is on the page. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.
Filed as 3d layered card, 3d layered papercut, 3d layered svg and 3d paper. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. We filed it under Ephemera and Cut-Outs for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. How to use this printable
- Download the kit from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — most kits are JPG or PNG pages plus a print-ready PDF.
- Print on something heavier than copy paper: 120 gsm and up takes glue and water without buckling.
- Print at 100% and keep «fit to page» off — a shrunk sheet throws off every cut-out that was drawn to size.
- Tea-stain or sand the edges if the set looks too crisp next to the rest of your journal; vintage paper is never evenly coloured.
