Cutouts are only as good as their edges. Zoom in on the preview: a white halo around a cut piece shows up on every page you glue it to. The obvious job for it is botanical, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every printable on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
If you came in looking for black silhouette, black vector, botany and decorative leaves, you are in the right place — the listing carries all of those, which is the clearest sign the designer built it for that job rather than retitled it afterwards. The wording people arrive with is polaroid frame, bookmark ideas, sticker design, collage photo frame design and sticker sheet, and we would rather shelve for those requests than for how a thumbnail looks in a grid. People after this usually search ephemera, cut out, cutout, die cut and tag too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place. It is shelved with the rest of the ephemera and cut-outs, and that is the quickest way to see what else sits in the same register before you settle on this one.

- Print at 100% and keep «fit to page» off — a shrunk sheet throws off every cut-out that was drawn to size.
- Tea-stain or sand the edges if the set looks too crisp next to the rest of your journal; vintage paper is never evenly coloured.
