About Distressed Grungy Junk Journal Pages
Distressed Grungy Junk Journal Pages stayed on the shelf for the dull reason that it works. We would rather have one of these than three printables with ideas of their own. The designer behind it is CozyPrint Studio Co. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. 4 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up.
We would reach for it when the deadline matters more than the flourish. A kit earns its place when the pieces share a palette, so look at the sheet as a whole rather than falling for one element. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every printable on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on junk journal, journaling aesthetic, journaling ideas and journaling prompts, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first. You will find it among the junk journal kits, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. The neighbouring searches are journaling and scrapbook kit — worth a look if this particular printable is close but not quite it.

How to use this printable
- Download the kit from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — most kits are JPG or PNG pages plus a print-ready PDF.
- Print on something heavier than copy paper: 120 gsm and up takes glue and water without buckling.
- Print at 100% and keep «fit to page» off — a shrunk sheet throws off every cut-out that was drawn to size.
- Tea-stain or sand the edges if the set looks too crisp next to the rest of your journal; vintage paper is never evenly coloured.
