About Junk Journal Self Love Ephemera Words
What we like about Junk Journal Self Love Ephemera Words is how little it tries to be everything — it does aesthetic words printable, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Junk Journal Kits shelf. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. With 31 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. It is The Artsy Designer's work.
A kit earns its place when the pieces share a palette, so we look at the sheet as a whole rather than falling for one pretty element. If you want one use for it, take affirmation sticker words: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every printable on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
The words on the listing are affirmation words, art journaling phrases, art journal words and black and white text ephemera, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. The wording people arrive with is junk journal, journaling aesthetic, journaling ideas and journaling prompts, and we would rather shelve for those requests than for how a thumbnail looks in a grid. On this site it lives on the Junk Journal Kits shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing junk journal kits rather than searching for it by name. The neighbouring searches are journal kit and scrapbook kit — worth a look if this particular printable is close but not quite it.

How to use this printable
- Download the kit from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — most kits are JPG or PNG pages plus a print-ready PDF.
- Print on something heavier than copy paper: 120 gsm and up takes glue and water without buckling.
- Print at 100% and keep «fit to page» off — a shrunk sheet throws off every cut-out that was drawn to size.
- Tea-stain or sand the edges if the set looks too crisp next to the rest of your journal; vintage paper is never evenly coloured.
