Halloween Alphabet PNG is our alphabet artwork pick, and it is a pick rather than a default — we looked at the shelf twice before leaving it on. It has gone unnoticed so far. We found it worth shelving anyway. It is Creativegallery's work. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence.
Our own plan for it is alphabet clipart, because that is where this kind of printable does the least arguing with you. If it is going to be cut, check the line weight: thin strokes survive on screen and tear on the mat. The listing files it under alphabet design, alphabet elements, alphabet graphic and alphabet illustration — those are the words it gets found by, and between them they describe the file better than any category name does. The wording people arrive with is calligraphy alphabet, calligraphy fonts alphabet, hand lettering alphabet fonts and alphabet calligraphy, and we would rather shelve for those requests than for how a thumbnail looks in a grid. The neighbouring searches are clip art and border — worth a look if this particular printable is close but not quite it. We filed it under Paper Craft Graphics for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end.

How to use this printable
- Download the kit from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — most kits are JPG or PNG pages plus a print-ready PDF.
- Print on something heavier than copy paper: 120 gsm and up takes glue and water without buckling.
- Print at 100% and keep «fit to page» off — a shrunk sheet throws off every cut-out that was drawn to size.
- Tea-stain or sand the edges if the set looks too crisp next to the rest of your journal; vintage paper is never evenly coloured.
