We would rather have one of these than three printables with ideas of their own. 17 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up. The designer behind it is BB Art Designs. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence.
Print one test page on the paper you actually use — the same file on copy paper and on cardstock is two different colours. This is a safe default rather than a statement piece, and most jobs want the safe default. - Download the kit from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — most kits are JPG or PNG pages plus a print-ready PDF.
- Print on something heavier than copy paper: 120 gsm and up takes glue and water without buckling.
- Print at 100% and keep «fit to page» off — a shrunk sheet throws off every cut-out that was drawn to size.
- Tea-stain or sand the edges if the set looks too crisp next to the rest of your journal; vintage paper is never evenly coloured.
