About Prussian Carp Watercolor

If you want the uncomplicated option, Prussian Carp Watercolor is it — and most of the time the uncomplicated option is the one you end up using. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. Enliven Designs made it. It sits at 5 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it.

Use it where the printable has to disappear behind the thing you are actually making. If it is going to be cut, check the line weight: thin strokes survive on screen and tear on the mat. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every printable on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

The neighbouring searches are clipart, clip art, illustration, border and alphabet — worth a look if this particular printable is close but not quite it. Judged against the requests we see — calligraphy alphabet, calligraphy fonts alphabet, hand lettering alphabet fonts and alphabet calligraphy — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs. You will find it among the paper craft graphics, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job.

How to use this printable

  1. Download the kit from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — most kits are JPG or PNG pages plus a print-ready PDF.
  2. Print on something heavier than copy paper: 120 gsm and up takes glue and water without buckling.
  3. Print at 100% and keep «fit to page» off — a shrunk sheet throws off every cut-out that was drawn to size.
  4. Tea-stain or sand the edges if the set looks too crisp next to the rest of your journal; vintage paper is never evenly coloured.
