About Halloween Bakcground
Halloween Bakcground earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to cemetery, and straight answers are rarer in this printable catalogue than you would think. The designer behind it is Rassamee Design. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. The save count is still small at 9, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus.
Print one at the size you work at. A texture that is subtle on screen can be heavy on paper and swallow everything you layer over it. Our own plan for it is creepy, because that is where this kind of printable does the least arguing with you. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.
The listing files it under background, death, decals and decorative — those are the words it gets found by, and between them they describe the file better than any category name does. Nearby you will see texture, grunge, watercolor background and overlay, which is where to go if this one is nearly right but not quite. It is shelved with the rest of the textures and backgrounds, and that is the quickest way to see what else sits in the same register before you settle on this one. Judged against the requests we see — scrapbook background, watercolor background, calligraphy background, vintage background for scrapbook and polaroid background — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs.

How to use this printable
- Download the kit from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — most kits are JPG or PNG pages plus a print-ready PDF.
- Print on something heavier than copy paper: 120 gsm and up takes glue and water without buckling.
- Print at 100% and keep «fit to page» off — a shrunk sheet throws off every cut-out that was drawn to size.
- Tea-stain or sand the edges if the set looks too crisp next to the rest of your journal; vintage paper is never evenly coloured.
