About Low Poly Connecting Dots and Lines

This is the one we reach for when the request is abstract. Low Poly Connecting Dots and Lines keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. Credit goes to Ju Design. The save count is still small at 3, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence.

A background has to take ink and glue without fighting the thing on top of it, so the quiet sheets get used far more than the dramatic ones. If you want one use for it, take blue: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.

Filed as background, blur and bokeh. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. Put next to the usual requests here — scrapbook background, watercolor background, calligraphy background, vintage background for scrapbook and polaroid background — this one covers the plain version of the job, which is the version people need most often. The same shelf also answers to texture, grunge, watercolor background and overlay, so widen the search there before giving up on it. On this site it lives on the Textures and Backgrounds shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing textures and backgrounds rather than searching for it by name.

How to use this printable

  1. Download the kit from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — most kits are JPG or PNG pages plus a print-ready PDF.
  2. Print on something heavier than copy paper: 120 gsm and up takes glue and water without buckling.
  3. Print at 100% and keep «fit to page» off — a shrunk sheet throws off every cut-out that was drawn to size.
  4. Tea-stain or sand the edges if the set looks too crisp next to the rest of your journal; vintage paper is never evenly coloured.
