About Marbles Backgrounds
We put Marbles Backgrounds on the Textures and Backgrounds shelf because art design is the kind of thing people come here looking for, and this one answers it without a detour. Only 7 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. ADART made it. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge.
If you want one use for it, take digital art: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. A background has to take ink and glue without fighting the thing on top of it, so the quiet sheets get used far more than the dramatic ones. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every printable on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
Type backgrounds, marble, marbles backgrounds and taxture into the search above and this one comes back — the same printable under four different habits of phrasing. Nearby you will see texture, grunge, watercolor background and overlay, which is where to go if this one is nearly right but not quite. Judged against the requests we see — scrapbook background, watercolor background, calligraphy background, vintage background for scrapbook and polaroid background — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs. You will find it among the textures and backgrounds, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job.

How to use this printable
- Download the kit from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — most kits are JPG or PNG pages plus a print-ready PDF.
- Print on something heavier than copy paper: 120 gsm and up takes glue and water without buckling.
- Print at 100% and keep «fit to page» off — a shrunk sheet throws off every cut-out that was drawn to size.
- Tea-stain or sand the edges if the set looks too crisp next to the rest of your journal; vintage paper is never evenly coloured.
