About Special Set Comic Background
The reason Special Set Comic Background is here is abstract and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. With 26 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. riki.studio is the name on the listing.
We keep it filed mentally under action, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Print one at the size you work at. A texture that is subtle on screen can be heavy on paper and swallow everything you layer over it. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether abstract is really what you are getting.
If you came in looking for art, background, beam and blurred motion, you are in the right place — the listing carries all of those, which is the clearest sign the designer built it for that job rather than retitled it afterwards. Its home here is Textures and Backgrounds — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing. Judged against the requests we see — scrapbook background, watercolor background, calligraphy background, vintage background for scrapbook and polaroid background — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs. People after this usually search texture, grunge, watercolor background and overlay too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place.

How to use this printable
- Download the kit from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — most kits are JPG or PNG pages plus a print-ready PDF.
- Print on something heavier than copy paper: 120 gsm and up takes glue and water without buckling.
- Print at 100% and keep «fit to page» off — a shrunk sheet throws off every cut-out that was drawn to size.
- Tea-stain or sand the edges if the set looks too crisp next to the rest of your journal; vintage paper is never evenly coloured.
